Refund policy

For Puppies:

All puppy sales are final and non-refundable. 

If the Purchaser won’t be able to keep the dog or provide a suitable home, the dog will be returned to the Breeder.

The puppy must NEVER be sold to a puppy store, broker, puppy mill or surrendered to a shelter. Seller/Breeder has the right to rescue the puppy if it is found to be mistreated, neglected, or abused while the Purchaser does not voluntarily return it.

The Purchaser agrees to notify the Seller if any problem or situational change arises and will not leave the dog in a shelter, sell, or be given away. If the Seller finds out that the dog has been sold or given away without being informed by the Purchaser, the Seller will take legal action, and the Buyer will be held responsible for all legal expenses incurred.

For Puppy Love Merchandise:

All sales are final. But you can return them within 30 days after the date of purchase if desired. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or any proof of purchase (e.g. approved photos/videos or screenshots taken during sale)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
